Take care of yourself 24/7
When we have too much on our to-do lists, what often ends up getting neglected is our health. We don't sleep enough. We don't eat right. We drop our exercise routines. We may skip our regular visits to the doctor.
We hope these stories encourage you to do just the opposite. The theme for this year's Idaho Health is, "Work, home, play — health tips for everyday life." So whether you need a reminder about why stress is so hard on your body, want to learn more about managing your health care dollars or are hoping to find a new place for your daily walks, there's some advice for you in these stories.
After all, when the going gets tough, it's even more important to find balance in our lives. And that starts by taking care of ourselves — every day, all year long. (Read the publisher's full letter from the magazine here)
