Our new Express Care clinics, located in select Albertsons and Rite Aid stores, offer certified Saint Alphonsus Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who can assess, diagnose and treat your basic medical conditions for one low, flat fee of $45. And best of all no appointment and no insurance is required.

Affordable Medical Care
You deserve to pay a fair price for basic healthcare. At Saint Alphonsus Express Care your visit only costs one low, flat fee of $45. You will be seen by a certifed and trained Saint Alphonsus Medical Provider who can assess, diagnose and treat your basic medical conditions. No appointment or insurance is required.
NOTE: Payment is due in full at the time you receive medical care. Cash, check, credit and debit cards are accepted.
Convenience You Desire
We know your time is important. Saint Alphonsus Express Care offers simple self-registration by computer and provides you with a pager while you wait, so you can pick up other essentials in the store if you need.
We're open seven days a week, including evenings, to better fit your schedule. And if you require a prescription, you can fill it at the pharmacy before you leave the store.
Insurance Not Required
Everyone deserves access to quality medical care. With Saint Alphonsus Express Care you pay $45 for a visit, regardless of whether you have insurance or not.
If you do have insurance coverage, we will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf and request they process the claim according to your insurance contract benefits. Any reimbursement they agree to pay will be sent directly to you.

If you have visited any Saint Alphonsus medical facility or seen a provider within the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, some of your medical records may be accessible electronically to the Express Care providers; resulting in our ability to more thoroughly assess your medical history and perhaps aid in quicker diagnosis.
In addition, if you have an established relationship with a primary care provider and visit Express Care a record of your visit will be sent to your provider, with your permission. We feel this is important to ensure your continuity of care remains with your primary physician.
